Massage Therapy for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Due to advance technology, a lot of people are spending more time on the computer, playing video games, and texting on their phones causing some people to have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Also, hormone changes during pregnancy, and postpartum can also cause Carpal Tunnel Syndrome to some women. There are many ways to help relieve the symptom of Carpal Tunnel, and one of them is Massage Therapy. Massage Therapy can help ease the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as massage therapy can break down the scar tissues located on the wrist and forearm. Besides, massage therapy can address the inflammation caused by carpal tunnel by softening and lengthening the muscles on the neck, shoulder, upper arm, elbow, wrist, forearm, and hand. Massage Therapy is one of the non-invasive, cost-effective, natural ways to ease the pain, and numbness caused by Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. However, to find which treatment is most suitable to treat your Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; please speak to your Family Physician.

Good advice. When I was pregnant and nursing my joints felt very different. My ankles were wobbly and felt this in my wrists. Massage (acupuncture too) really helped me feel better without medication!

I have had a lot of trouble with joints lately, so I really appreciated reading your post. I will definitely look into massage therapy.
